Di Martino Earthworks delivered the full retention and structure package for this 4-unit residential development in Burwood for S&W Construction — managing every aspect of the works from first cut to final slab pour, and completing the package well ahead of schedule.

Retention scope included site cut, piling, capping beam installation, basement bulk excavation, shotcrete wall preparation and spray, plus foundation excavation and placement. All materials and installation were managed in-house, including steel supply and fixing, concrete supply and placement, and waterproofing. The structure package then followed, comprising ground slabs, walls, stair cores and suspended slab preparation and pour, sequenced and coordinated entirely by the Di Martino Earthworks team.
