Di Martino Earthworks was engaged by Ledlin Group to deliver the retention system on a large footprint basement at 202 Rooks Road, Vermont. Scope included piling pad preparation, bulk excavation, cartage, shotcrete detail and pad footing excavation.

Early works commenced with carpark demolition and site strip of existing drainage pits and pipework. A significant volume of crushed rock was salvaged from the existing sub-base and reused on site, delivering substantial cost savings for the client. GPS-equipped machinery accelerated the programme throughout, enabling drainage and concreting to begin ahead of schedule.
