Di Martino Earthworks delivered a full retention package for Spectre Property's The Precinct — Noosa's first multi-level commercial development. The project demanded precision from the outset, working in a commercial precinct with a neighbouring structure on the retained boundary.

Works began with concrete slab demolition and site clearing, with materials separated to minimise disposal costs. Retention works then commenced: piling pad installation, 47 bored piles to 9.8m depth, capping beam, and shotcrete wall. The team managed all supply, installation and material export through to basement load-out.
