Di Martino Earthworks delivered a split-level double drop basement excavation for BCentral at Liverpool Street, Fitzroy North, completing the works well ahead of schedule. The basement was staged across two drops, with rock encountered mid-way through the first drop, putting the team's rock breaking attachments to full use throughout.

Working alongside other contractors on site, Di Martino Earthworks managed the full excavation scope including basement bulk, detailed footing excavation and drainage excavation, coordinating efficiently across the staged program to maintain progress and finish ahead of schedule.
