Di Martino Earthworks delivered this large-scale site cut for Spectre Property in mid 2025, servicing a 30,000m² industrial development site comprising 129 units. GPS-guided machinery was utilised throughout the full cut and fill process to ensure precision excavation and accurate final levels across the site.

Over 20,000m³ of material was exported during the works, with all cartage managed in-house to maintain programme control and efficiency. Approximately 1,000m³ of building waste was separated and diverted to minimise disposal costs for the client. The project was handed over prepared and ready for ground works to commence.
